About four times a year, we gather as a group at a church in our city to collaborate around our mission of Gospel Saturation. These times together are key to moving forward as we learn from one another and take action toward mobilizing God’s Church. Gatherings are held during the week from 11:30am – 1:30pm and lunch is always provided.

One simple way of seeking unity is to pray for each other and our churches. For us, the practical outworking of that is for churches to take a moment and pray for another local church as part of their weekend worship service. To make that even easier, we have a list of partnering churches, a supporting slide template, and a basic script that you can use as needed. This weekly practice not only keeps us unified as leaders, but speaks volumes to our congregation.

Over the past few years, we have united around praying for the residents of Forsyth County during the month of October. In 2026, we are excited to be partnering with Winston-Salem Prays in launching 24/7 prayer for our region. There will be several ways you and your church can get involved. The Triad Church Multiplication Initiative (TCMI) is a program designed to equip kingdom leaders within our churches to reach the Triad with the Good News of Jesus. The problem that we are trying to solve is how to close the leadership gap to more effectively: mobilize missionary disciple-makers, volunteers, current and future ministry leaders, future church planters, and re-missioning pastors from within our churches.

In addition to gathering as a large group, we prioritize gathering as Networks – which are smaller groups of churches in the same geographic area. The mission of a Network is to take responsibility for the lostness and most pressing needs of their community. This is not just a nicety, but a necessity. In order to truly reach every man, woman, and child with the gospel, we need to get smaller, not larger – we need to get more intentional on a grassroots level.
