TCMI Formational Residency
As part of TCMI, CT Triad offers a one-year formational residency to equip Kingdom leaders to reach the Triad with the good news of Jesus Christ.
TCMI wants to partner with the Church of the Triad to mobilize Kingdom leaders for the mission of God in our region.
In the broader landscape of the church, we have a leadership gap that needs a solution. Many churches are struggling to mobilize volunteers for their necessary programs, let alone equip leaders to advance the mission beyond the four walls.
The residency is designed to help leaders discover their unique gifts and empower them to advance the gospel where they have influence and make disciples within their circle of influence.

Leaders will receive comprehensive training and support that will prepare them to make a significant impact within their local church and community.
The residency will equip leaders with the necessary character and competency to fulfill their calling to advance the kingdom of God.
The Residency is formed around three competencies from the life of Jesus:

Jesus’ Ministry
Discipleship, Community, Care

Jesus’ Mission
Local, National, Global

Jesus’ Mercy
Receive, Relate, Respond
The TCMI Formational Residency is designed for a wide range of leaders including those who want to grow in gospel influence in their everyday lives to those exploring a vocational calling in ministry.
Every session of the TCMI Formational Residency will be led by an experienced church leader from the Triad region who brings their specialized expertise in each respective area.
This collaborative effort ensures that leaders from our region gain access to the wealth of knowledge and experience in the following:

The TCMI Formational Residency has the potential to bring about a profound and lasting impact in our region by multiplying the influence of the church to reduce lostness in the Triad.
We envision the following outcomes that will shape and transform our community:
1) Multiplication of disciples, leaders, and churches
leading to greater gospel accessibility for those who do not know Jesus.
2) Repopulation of leadership pipelines
3) Equipping and activating leaders
for gospel ministry, mission, and acts of mercy by empowering them to serve within their circles of influence.
